Can you believe it’s June?! Where has the year gone? On the bright side, summer is really starting so it’s very easy to distract yourself from time whizzing by. There are festivals aplenty this weekend and loads of other seriously fun things to do.
If you love books, there’s only one place to be this weekend: Stoke Newington. There will be talks from some of your favourite writers and lots of fun activities for kids especially in Clissold Park.
Could there be a better kind of festival than a pizza festival? This is a rhetorical question but still the answer is no. You can still book lunch time tickets. They’re a little expensive at nearly £30, but you get to taste five different pizzas made by some of the best pizza places in London. Delicious!
Like wacky races but for bikes. On Saturday afternoon and evening you can watch all kinds of cycling races from road racing pros dressed head to toe in Lycra to even a Santander Cycle race. Don’t miss the penny farthing race.
