Magical Lantern Festival

KidRated’s Magical Lantern Festival Top Tips:

  • Use the hashtag #KidRated on Instagram so we can see your brilliant lantern photos
  • Take advantage of our 20% off tickets promo code
  • The route is accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs but children’s scooters, skates and bicycles aren’t permitted

The Magical Lantern Festival is held annually in Chiswick House and Gardens.  Follow the lantern trails, enjoy the fair ground rides and VR games, even spin around the ice rink. There is so much to do at the festival. Children aged 3 and under enter free and do not need a ticket. There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue, so visitors will not be able to store bags or large items. Children’s scooters, skates and bicycles are not permitted on site. Only guide dogs are permitted at the festival. Thank you.

The theme this year is ‘Explore the Silk Road’. So without leaving London, you will be taken on a magical journey across Europe to Ancient China.

There are plenty of food and drink from Spanish Churros to rice and dumplings. You can also enjoy the delights of the Eis Haus Ice bar. Cool!
