In October 2020, I released my book ‘The New Hot: Taking on the Menopause with Attitude and Style’, which is available on Amazon.The New Hot is a no-holds-barred guide to menopause designed to entertain and empower women in equal measure. It’s full of my personal insights as well as the latest information and advice from a wide range of menopause and lifestyle experts.
In other news, I have just moved to Newquay on a new adventure and chapter. It’s such a different pace of life and love it.
I was born in Guernsey and my favourite place to visit as a child with my Mum and Dad was The Little Chapel. It felt mysterious and magical.
My favourite place to eat my comfort food at the moment is Rick Stein in Newquay, Cornwall. The Fish and chips are amazing and the staff are fantastic with the added benefit of it being on the beach.
B O X & B A R B E R @box_and_barber in Newquay, Cornwall is an essential spot for a morning coffee fix after my long early walk with Ziggy.
Our family have always had dogs and love to take them to our great parks in London… Hyde Park, St James’s Park.
My favourite place to take my daughter as a child was Odds Farm Park. We are a family of animal lovers and would spend hours feeding and petting the animals.
The miniature village in Beaconsfield was a great place, it was like a giant dolls house and was on our doorstep. We also used to go riding at Hyde Park Riding School.
Notting Hill and Portobello Road Market is always great day out with a visit to Biscuiteers – the home of luxury hand-iced biscuits.
