It’s summer, the kids are off school and there is so much to do this August.
Exploring the London Wetland Centre during the day is always fun, but what happens when all the visitors go home? This August you can find out. There will be all kinds of activities including learning about the stars (fingers crossed you chose a clear night!) and toasting marshmallows on a fire (delicious).

Britain’s biggest street party is back. This Bank Holiday Weekend the streets of Notting Hill will be filled with music, jerk chicken, floats and a whole lot of dancing. The family day is on the Sunday and includes a Parade for Children.

Kew Gardens is holding its first ever science festival this August. It’s perfect for budding scientists. Kids can take part in experiments and other fun hands on activities. The theme for the festival is carnivorous plants which sounds quite exciting!
Everyone loves Scooby Doo and now they are coming to London for a limited run of a mystery musical.
