We’ve said it before and we’ll undoubtedly say it again, one of the best ways to see London is by boat, and speed boats only make it even more exhilarating. ThamesJet is perfect for kids visiting London for the first time but might find a normal river cruise a little dry. They’re also a great way for native Londoners to see a whole a different side of their city.
Your Thamesjet experience takes you past some of London’s most iconic sights. Sit back and enjoy the view as we pass some of the Capital’s great bridges including the most modern, Millennium Bridge, as well as the world-renowned Tower Bridge on our way to the fast zone. In fact, you need to stay alert because the sights really do come thick and fast on this stretch of the river.
Once past Tower Bridge you are heading for speed, the only jet boat ride on the river that stops harder turns tighter and nothing’s faster.
The military-grade boats are more manoeuvrable (yes, they’re built to the same specification as those used by the military and police). The experienced skippers really know how to put them through their paces to give you the aqua-batic ride of your life!
Thamesjet departs and returns to Westminster pier. You will be supplied with waterproof jackets and lifejackets.
Why not try the ThamesJet+ ticket, which also gives you access to some other top London attractions, such as The London Eye, the view from The Shard and Madame Tussauds.
For kids aged 9 and older.
Hold on tight!
