Udderbelly Festival

KidRated’s Udderbelly Festival Top Tips:

The upside-down purple cow returns to Southbank this year. Be prepared for comedy and other fun shows. The award winning Udderbelly Festival goes on for three months and so you have plenty of time to find something you want to watch.

Even if you haven’t booked tickets to see anything in particular, the outdoor area with a great bar is place to hang out with the family on a sunny day and there are sometimes tickets for things on the day.

Some of the comedy is not so kid-friendly so check the listings before you buy tickets. Saying that, the Udderbelly prides itself on its family offerings. Regulars include KidRated favourite Shlomo. Plus there are often magic shows and dance acts for kids to enjoy.

While in the area when not check out all the other things the Southbank has to offer. These include loads of great family restaurants. Don’t forget that the London Dungeon, London Eye and the Aquarium are only a short walk away.
