Queen’s Park Pitch and Putt

Tucked away in the centre of Queens Park lurks an unusual highlight: a pitch and putt course. Queen’s Park Pitch and Putt is perfect for a family day out as it is affordable and fun for both the kids and parents.

The course consists of 9 holes, is open all year round and there is no advanced booking system, so just come along and start playing. You can hire clubs and balls from the hut near the cafe but if you already own some then bring them along with you.

Kidrated’s Top Tip: Try to get to Queens Park Pitch and Putt earlier in the day because the busiest times tend to be in the early afternoon and evening, especially in the summer.

Elliot

I love the Queens Park Pitch and Putt. It’s small but not too small so it feels a lot more relaxed and local. I’ve been here with both family and friends and we always have a good time. You wouldn’t think there was such a great activity tucked away in Queens Park. We like to go to the cafe afterwards and sit on the grass if it’s nice weather. Would recommend to anyone looking for something to do in the area.
